Cold Brew is created by steeping medium to course coffee grounds in room temperature water for 12-24 hours. Unlike regular drip coffee, cold brew is never exposed to heat, only using time to extract the coffees oils, sugar and caffeine. The result is a very smooth coffee low in acidity. Paired with nitrogen, our cold brew will give you a full bodied Guinness mouthfeel.
